Hello everyone, welcome to the Beautiful Villa small class. Last time we shared with you about the characteristics and advantages of autoclaved aerated concrete slab, then what about its technical indicators? Don't worry, let's study together in this episode.

III, technical indicators

Main technical indexes should be considered when choosing autoclaved aerated concrete slab: dry volume density, cubic compressive strength, air-dry thermal conductivity, dry shrinkage, frost resistance, steel adhesion in the slab, sound insulation, fire resistance limit.

Classification of 1.

1.1 According to the use of functions: external wall panels, partition panels, roof panels, floor panels and other functional panels.

1.2 According to the dry volume density of aerated concrete: B03, B04, B05, B06, B07, B08, respectively, the volume density is 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 kg/m³.

B05 grade (dry volume density ≤550kg/m) and the following superior products (cubic compressive strength ≥ 3.5mpa) also known as autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete (ALC) board.

1.3 According to the section shape of the board, it can be divided into: flat head board, groove board (TU board), groove board (C board), roof board.

1.4 According to the shape of the board, it can be divided into ordinary board, art board (pattern board), variable section board and Angle plate (art board, variable section board and Angle plate have few domestic manufacturers).

2. Implementation of standards

3. Selection points and scope of application

3.1 Scope of Application

1) Class ⅰ products are suitable for middle grade building internal partition wall, class ⅱ products are suitable for middle grade and high-grade building internal partition wall.

2) Applicable to all kinds of steel structure, reinforced concrete structure of industrial and civil buildings of the external wall, internal partition wall, roof. Part of autoclaved aerated concrete slab can also be used for fire protection of floor slab, steel beam and column of low-rise or multi-story building and external wall insulation.

3) Suitable for non-earthquake area and seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees to 8 degrees area. Internal partition building structure see national building standard design atlas J111~114 "internal (partition) wall building structure".

3.2 Autoclaved aerated concrete plate is a kind of reinforced plate produced by the factory. The amount of reinforcement is calculated and determined according to the service load and plate specifications. During engineering design, designers put forward requirements such as plate thickness and load.

3.3 Wall installation and layout schemes generally include vertical installation and horizontal installation. Vertical installation is mostly used for multi-storey and high-rise civil buildings, while horizontal installation is mostly used for industrial plants and some large public buildings.

3.4 There are various node installation methods, which can be determined by technical and economic comparison. In principle, each connecting node is required to have sufficient strength to ensure safety and reliability; The joints have certain rotability in the plane to ensure that the wall meets the requirements of inter-storey deformation of the main structure under seismic intensity.

3.5 When energy saving and sound insulation are required, the plate thickness should be selected according to relevant specifications.

3.6 External wall panel joints shall be waterproof with external sealant, and concave joints shall be left. The facade composed of these plate joints is rich in effect and can be considered comprehensively in architectural design.

3.7 Autoclaved aerated concrete slabs should not be used for walls in high humidity environment.

3.8 Decorative slabs or metal decorative panels should not be directly installed on the wall surface of autoclaved aerated concrete slab. A metal frame should be provided, and the decorative plate should be installed on the metal frame.

3.9 Both sides of autoclaved aerated concrete slab walls shall not be covered with airtight finishes at the same time.

3.10 At the root of autoclaved aerated concrete slab partition wall, 100mm high strips of C15 concrete shall be applied.
